Estamos a apoiar o nosso cliente na contratação de um(a) Client Manager para reforçar a sua unidade de negócio de Buildings and Urban Development, num momento estratégico de crescimento. O que vais fazer:

- Gerir contratos de desenvolvimento de projetos de forma integrada, desde a fase inicial até à entrega final
- Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio na área de edifícios e urbanismo
- Criar e manter relações sólidas com investidores, entidades licenciadoras, projetistas e construtoras
- Ser uma ponte entre as equipas técnicas e os clientes, garantindo alinhamento e qualidade em todas as fases do projeto

O que procuramos em ti:

- Formação superior em Arquitetura (obrigatório)
- Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes
- Conhecimentos sólidos em gestão de projeto
- Perfil proativo, criativo e com forte capacidade de análise
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de negócio (valorizada)
- Domínio avançado de inglês (obrigatório)
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação
- Integração numa organização global com mais de 650 profissionais, presente em diversos setores da engenharia e arquitetura
- Ambiente colaborativo, dinâmico e orientado para a partilha de conhecimento
