- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography and other relevant information.
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect accurate measurements.
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports.
- Work closely with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure survey data is accurately incorporated into project plans.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while conducting surveys.
- Keep accurate records of all survey activities. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills. Preference
- Experience working in construction or development projects in Almada.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding land surveys.
