About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Fee Officer to join a dynamic operational team. This role is responsible for the calculation, monitoring, reconciliation, and payment of invoices related to multiple types of commissions, while interacting with and supporting a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and control the content of received invoices, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of invoice data within internal systems.
- Compare invoice information against contractual conditions, performing fee and commission calculations, validating amounts, and investigating discrepancies to identify root causes and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Liaise with relevant departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, and others) to resolve outstanding or pending issues efficiently.
- Execute payments and accounting entries, ensuring invoices are settled accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Monitor and control financial breaks, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Excel (MS Office) — Expert
- Microsoft Word (MS Office) — Working knowledge

Language Skills:

- English — Expert level
