Role Overview We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production (On site) for a national project. Responsibilities - Review and create application support knowledge articles. - Ensure all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices. - Strong knowledge on batch processing to support production incidents. - Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with infrastructure and application-related issues. - Service monitoring, alerting, reporting and continuous improvement of service quality and availability. - Provide technical support for system and application-related issues on the respective Windows/Linux environments used by the different domains in the team. Qualifications - 3+ years of IT experience working in IT infrastructure and application support. - 3+ years on Linux, Windows, Middleware (WAS/Tomcat) and production support. - UNIX shell scripting /PowerShell / Python knowledge to automate server/service/process restarts and other day-to-day activities. - Good understanding of CI/CD tools. - Basic knowledge of Autosys (create new jobs / modify existing jobs). - Strong knowledge of ITIL. - Experience with PL/SQL. - Availability to work 100% on-site. - Fluency in English (written & spoken).
