Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is tailored for a professional who is adept at identifying and connecting with exceptional talent in the Dutch-speaking market. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly from anywhere while making a significant impact on our recruitment strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding prospects through the recruitment process. Proficiency in Dutch is essential, as you will be engaging directly with candidates from the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive recruitment cycles for various positions, focusing on Dutch-speaking talent
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
- Perform interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
- Foster positive relationships with both clients and candidates during the recruitment journey
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and labor market dynamics in the Netherlands
- Provide consistent and timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all recruitment activities

Requirements

- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, especially in a freelance or remote context
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment techniques and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
