About the role

As a Staff Engineer for one of our application teams, you’ll work with a team of talented developers and contribute hands‑on to our provider data management platform and suite of products that directly impact the success of our customers. If you are an experienced people manager looking to own a critical piece of the business then this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Own the core applications facing our end users and internal stakeholders for our credentialing and monitoring system

- Oversee the monitoring/alerting of our highly available systems

What You’ll Need

- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience building full stack SaaS platforms

- Proven track record of delivering high quality enterprise SaaS platform in a high stakes environment

- Proven track record of leading your teams to deliver on time with an ability to account for an overcome unknowns and uncertainty

- Experience delivering great experiences with modern UI and UX given limited guidance

- Experience building and delivering APIs for SaaS platforms

- Experience delivering SaaS applications that scale and perform with low latency and high throughput

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven track record of unit and integration testing as a part of your software development processes (CI/CD)

Bonus points if you

- Have experience with a microservices architecture

- Developed in environments with large amounts of data

- Experience with healthcare data and/or working with PII

- Performed testing of the code you delivered to ensure it is of high quality
