Um/a M365 Platform Management bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

- Manage the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring reliability and high performance.

- Monitor and maintain platform security, implementing best practices and updates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform functionality.

- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the M365 platform.

- Develop and implement policies for platform use and compliance.

- Oversee the integration of the platform with other tools and systems.

- Ensure proper documentation of processes and configurations.

- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 developments and recommend improvements.

Perfil ideal

A successful M365 Platform Management should have:

- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 platforms in a corporate environment.

- Strong knowledge of platform security and compliance standards.

- Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and integrations.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
