Join our End User Computing team as **M365 Specialist** and you’ll do the same.

**Job Summary**

This specialist role within the Digital Workplace team will require a thorough technical knowledge of M365 technologies including Power Apps, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams as well as Azure AD. You will be working as part of a small team responsible for providing 3rd line BAU support as well as project delivery.

You must be M365 certified and preferably with script experience.

You will be cool, calm and collected, with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English - and the ability to work with a multi-national team to ensure product rollouts are a success. In addition, you will happily mentor others in the team and be an active supporter of ongoing knowledge transfer. You will also need a natural curiosity for identifying areas for improvement to prevent future problems. Supporting a diverse user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.

Ability to manage project work independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects.

**Technical skillset**

You will have 5+ years proven experience in a global organisation driving business outcomes using the M365 environment
- Deep knowledge and experience of the entire M365 suite but with a particular focus on Power Automate & Power Apps
- Knowledge of Teams
- Knowledge of Universal Print
- Knowledge of Exchange Online
- Knowledge of Project Online (desirable)
- Knowledge of M365 Governance (desirable)
- M365 administration of services including reporting
- Scripting experience including rule-based automation
- Azure Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory & GPOs

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Power Automate, Power Apps and Project Online within M365
- Be a point of escalation for the second line support team, providing high-end technical support as appropriate
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Incident/Problem/Change assessment and resolution
- You’ll have a flexible approach and be willing to provide cover for colleagues in the following areas: Exchange and Teams
- Keep up to date with the M365 roadmap to ensure that service changes are managed in line with business requirements whilst maintaining appropriate data security.
