Job Description

As the Project Coordinator, you will serve as both lead and secondary contact for developing strong relationships with our clients as well as helping to direct strategy and ensure KPIs are getting hit. You will be responsible for managing and growing those relationships by working with the marketing team to implement plans to ensure that the client is happy and growing.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional project management skills, a passion for digital marketing, and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. This person also thrives in environments without much management and red tape and is a highly self-motivated, proactive force of nature.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Support AM or Supervisor with daily deliverables, task management, budgets, and timelines/deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client projects by working closely with the design and marketing teams.
2. Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties.
3. Spearhead project plans, timelines, and milestones for marketing initiatives.
4. Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
5. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
6. Facilitate administrative duties such as organizing call agendas, email communications, project documentation, helping with invoicing, coordinating internal/external meetings, being the primary note taker during these meetings, and sending thorough follow-ups/recaps in a timely manner based on the client's expectations.
7. Help review deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy before delivering to the client for approval.
8. Help revamp/refine internal processes and ensure accounts are set up structurally in order to improve agency efficiency.
9. Assist in budget management by ensuring campaigns are pacing to hit monthly and yearly spend goals.
10. Shadow lead AM or Media Supervisor and help with high-level strategy in order to meet client goals and KPIs when necessary.
11. Have a strong understanding of the client's industry, products, business culture, and competition and help serve as the go-to knowledge source for the wider team along with the support of the AM or Supervisor.

This position is fully remote, with regular weekly and monthly internal and client calls.

Qualifications

1. Passionate about digital marketing and working for a media agency.
2. Extremely proactive, organized, and nimble; able to initiate and follow through with job responsibilities without being told to do so.
3. Ability to successfully manage multiple accounts at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communicator who can craft and tell a consistent story to executives, team members, and clients via written and verbal communication.
5. Manage your pod successfully from a project management, feedback, and efficiency standpoint.
6. Proficient in using project management platforms.
7. Ability to follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are hit across many projects at once.
8. Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliable, and has great energy.
9. Intermediate Certification from ClickUp or other related PM platforms.
10. PMP or related certification.
