Position Summary

We are recruiting for a full‑time, on‑site position in Lisbon, dedicated to serving our French‑speaking customer base. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We welcome candidates who meet the language and legal requirements, regardless of extensive past experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Core Duties

- Interact directly with customers via various channels (phone, e‑mail, chat) to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely, accurate solutions – conducted mainly in French.

- Log all customer interactions accurately.

- Collaborate effectively within the team to uphold high service standards.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Language Requirements: Absolute fluency (C1 level or equivalent) in both French and English.

- Start Date: Must be ready to begin work on January 8, 2026.

- Legal Documentation: Eligibility to work in Portugal is non‑negotiable. Accepted documents include an EU/EEA Passport, a Refugee Status Card, or a Residency Permit valid for over one year.

Operational Details and Schedule

The job is based in the Lisbon facility. Coverage is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Applicants must be flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern, which includes daytime, evening, and overnight hours. Two non‑fixed, consecutive rest days each week are provided.

- Remuneration: A gross monthly salary of €900, dispersed over 14 annual payments.
