You are looking for a stable long-term role where you can support customers with professional and reliable service. This on-site Customer Service Specialist position is ideal for German speakers who enjoy communication, problem solving and structured daily tasks. Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required, as full training will be provided for all new team members.

This position is fully on-site at LACS Santos, working Monday to Friday during office hours. Your responsibilities include responding to inbound phone calls, emails and chat requests, assisting customers with various inquiries and guiding them through different processes with confidence. You maintain a calm, positive attitude, deliver accurate information and ensure every interaction is documented with precision.

Daily tasks include analyzing customer issues, identifying patterns, resolving challenges efficiently and ensuring that every case is handled with empathy and clarity. You will support customers step by step, offer practical solutions, escalte matters when needed and contribute to improving internal procedures through your observations and feedback. Written and verbal fluency in German is essential, as communication forms the core of this role.
