Descrição

- Ensure timely collection of open receivables by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving causes of non-payment.

- Accurately and promptly allocate incoming payments and follow up on discrepancies.

- Manage customer relationships, including issue resolution and root-cause analysis.

- Regularly assess customer credit risk and propose actions according to credit policy.

- Review, analyze and recommend release of credit-blocked deliveries.

- Provide insights on customer accounts receivable status to Credit & Collections leadership and Sales/Finance teams.

- Track and follow up on disputes until resolution.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and support their implementation.

- Ensure strong financial controls and maintain updated process documentation.

Perfil ideal

- At least 5 years relevant work experience in the credit and collections finance area.

- Fluency in French, both written and verbal, along with good English skills (B2).

- Experience in credit and collections within the accounting and finance sector.

- Solid experience with SAP and Excel.

- Experience in a SSC environment or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Good negotiation skills.

- A proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
