Field Sales Representative

Job Overview

Join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Portugal. You will develop business in the Sales Business Unit in Portugal.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the IT distribution channel.

- Ensure sustainable business development with resellers, integrators, and technology partners.

- Negotiate with key accounts and manage profit margins.

- Interpret sales and market data to support business decisions.

- Apply a customer‑centric approach in all interactions.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and market data.

- Proactive and results‑driven mindset.

- Excellent time management and prioritization.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the IT distribution or technology sector.

- Strong knowledge of the IT distribution channel (resellers, retail, integrators, VARs).

- Proven ability to negotiate with key accounts and manage profit margins.

- Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT solutions portfolios (e.g., servers, networking, cloud, security).

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

- Proficient in Excel and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with leading brands.

- Technical training or certifications.
