Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst experienced in working with trading floor Quants in the fixed income and credit derivatives space, with some overlap with FX. The role includes:

- Define, document, and validate requirements across all stakeholders; translate detailed requirements to technical teams and architectural lead to ensure high‑quality solutions.

- Perform project‑management functions: track progress, communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management, and coordinate with the Rates/Credit Programme Manager.

- Maintain Epics and User Stories within an Agile framework, building content for development and QA teams.

- Support a high‑performance, low‑latency, scalable, modern, cloud‑based architecture.

Essential Skills / Experience

- Experience working with Quants or similar teams that build core pricing and analytics libraries for Fixed Income Bonds, Swaps, Credit Derivatives, and FX.

- Strong high‑level technical knowledge and ability to collaborate closely with technical teams on scalable, cloud‑based solutions.

- Proven experience in requirements definition, gathering, and stakeholder management in a formal IT project environment.

- Exposure to Agile requirements gathering and scrum/sprint cadences.

- Project‑management, tracking, and communication skills with stakeholders and senior management.

Desirable (but not essential)

- Demonstrated experience leading similar overhauls at other investment banks.

- Spanish language skills (not required).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
