Who We AreEndless Luxe Travel is a boutique Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in bespoke luxury travel experiences in Portugal and Spain.We work exclusively with international travel advisors and agencies, delivering highly personalized itineraries with exceptional attention to detail.English is our working language.About the RoleEndless Luxe Travel is growing, and we are looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to join our FIT Department.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and is passionate about designing tailor-made journeys. You will be responsible for creating detailed itineraries across Portugal and Spain, working closely with international travel advisors, suppliers, and internal teams.We are looking for a professional with a solid understanding of the travel industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and approaches.Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high execution standards
- Passion for travel, reservations, and bespoke itinerary design
- Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Previous experience with tour operators, travel agencies, or hotels is a plus
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills by phone and email
- Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is mandatory
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple software systems
- Ability to work remotely
