What You'll Do
Speak with clients by phone and email to arrange payments and maintain positive relationships.
Record and reconcile incoming payments accurately.
Support monthly financial reporting and keep precise account records.
What We Need from You Fluent English (spoken and written) - native level Strong communication skills; confident on the phone.
Customer service is a plus, but not required
