We are looking for an Support Analyst & Helpdesk Responsabilities: - Assist in software installations and configurations - Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective / preventive actions - Monitor and follow-up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service - Participation and management of projects related to business application needs - Participate in workshops and follow-ups regarding business activities. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities. - ServiceNow experience. - Active Directory experience. - Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking experience. - Microsoft Office 365 experience. - Good level of english.
