We are looking for an Support Analyst & HelpdeskResponsabilities: Assist in software installations and configurations Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective / preventive actions Monitor and follow-up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service Participation and management of projects related to business application needs Participate in workshops and follow-ups regarding business activities. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities. ServiceNow experience. Active Directory experience. Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking experience.
