Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing collections? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and accurate financial records.
What You'll Do Collections Management
Manage the full collections process, following company procedures and escalation protocols
Contact clients via phone and email to secure payments on outstanding invoices
Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary
Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection activities
Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts based on risk and value
Accounts Receivable Administration
Process and post customer payments promptly and accurately
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Generate and distribute statements and aging reports
Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and balances
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance role
Secondary education required; accounting/finance qualification preferred
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Quick Books, or similar)
Strong Excel skills; CRM experience is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Fluent English (written and verbal)
