Join Our Global Team as a Sales Operations Lead
Are you ready to be the engine behind our sales success and support a growing team of sales agents? CH3, a fast scaling global start up, is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to keep our sales machine running smoothly, use data to guide decisions, and help our team close more deals worldwide. Now we want someone who loves structure, numbers and people to help us level up our sales operations.
Your Mission:
- Lead, coach and support a team of sales agents so they can hit and exceed their targets.
- Coordinate day to day sales activities and make sure enquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with the management team on sales performance, priorities and market opportunities.
- Design, refine and document sales processes so the team works in a clear, efficient and consistent way.
- Own our CRM and sales tools, keeping data clean, accurate and up to date at all times.
- Track key sales KPIs, including pipeline health, progress against targets, client engagement and team productivity, and turn these into clear, actionable insights.
- Prepare and present clear monthly sales reports with insights, trends and practical action points.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and overall client experience.
- Spot upsell and cross sell opportunities across cities, event types and services.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Solid experience as a Sales Operations Manager, Sales Manager or similar role.
- Experience guiding or coordinating a sales team, ideally in a B2B or service based environment.
- High comfort level with numbers, spreadsheets, dashboards and sales analytics.
- Hands on experience with CRM systems and sales tools, from daily use to reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- A structured, detail oriented way of working, with strong follow up habits.
- A supportive coaching style, with the confidence to set priorities and keep the team on track.
- Strong problem solving skills and a calm, solution focused mindset.
- Curiosity, ambition and a proactive attitude, you enjoy improving processes and testing new ideas.
