Your Mission Will Be

- Support the migration process from SCOM to Zabbix monitoring tool;
- Perform troubleshooting activities on systems and infrastructures, identifying and efficiently resolving incidents;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and system administration best practices;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper functioning of implemented technological solutions.

You Will Need

- +3 years of experience as a System Administrator;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux;
- Experience with SCCM and preferably in migration/implementation projects of monitoring tools;
- Fluent in Portuguese (other languages are a plus);
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
