**Role**: System Administrator.

**Location**:Hybrid, Lisbon.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Min. 5 years of experience as a System Administrator;
- Strong background in systems administration across Linux and Windows (Windows Server 2022) platforms;
- Experience managing virtualization environments with VMware (vCenter/vSphere, ESXi) and XCP-ng;
- Skilled in backup solutions such as Veeam (focused on VMware environments) and Bacula Community Edition;
- Capable of installing, configuring, and maintaining both virtualization and backup tools;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
