Job Description:
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Online iGaming Customer Support Representative, with the flexibility of working in beautiful Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our Portuguese-speaking customers in the online gaming industry.
To support your move, a relocation package is included, ensuring a smooth transition to Greece.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
2. Assist customers with their inquiries related to account management, gaming features, and payment methods.
3. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service strategies and address complex issues.
6. Stay updated on gaming products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
Minimum Requirements
1. Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
2. EU passport is required.
3. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computing skills.
7. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
8. Willingness to relocate or work in Greece if not currently residing there.
