Job Description:

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an opportunity to work in Greece as a Portuguese Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding e-cigarette products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

To support your move, a relocation package is included, ensuring a smooth transition to Greece.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding e-cigarette products.
2. Assist customers with queries concerning product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
3. Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
4. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and support in improving service delivery.
6. Stay updated on the latest e-cigarette trends and product updates to deliver informed support.

Minimum Requirements

1. Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are an asset.
2. EU passport is required.
3. Experience in customer support, preferably in the e-cigarette or related industry.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
7. A genuine interest in e-cigarette products and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
8. Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
