About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to medical devices and digital solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers.
- Assist with product usage, troubleshooting, and connectivity to digital applications.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Guide users on best practices to ensure effective product use.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and satisfaction follow-ups.
- Manage complaints and returns according to company policies.

What We Are Looking For

- French Fluency-level proficiency (spoken and written).
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above is also required.
- Ability to handle sensitive or urgent situations calmly and effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
- A customer-first approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude.
