We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Owner/Project Manager to lead the development and management of an innovative AI tool for the banking system and drive projects related to company culture evolution.
Responsibilities:- Product Ownership:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI tool in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology to inform product development.
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to the AI tool and company culture evolution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
- Regularly report on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management, preferably in the AI or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities.
- Fluent in English (B2+) and French (B2+).
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (or similar).
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum framework.
