Job Description:

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Lisbon – work from the office 2 days per week. You will collaborate with a leading banking client, defining the product vision, managing innovative projects, and shaping the future of banking while fostering cultural evolution.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI tools.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholder priorities.
  • Oversee detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Stay ahead of AI advancements and fintech trends to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor user feedback and optimize product performance continuously.

You're Ideal for the Role If You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in product or project management in AI or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects from inception to delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks like Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and French (B2+).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Master's preferred).
