The Job: We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manage all post-sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding process, driving customer success, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. As the liaison between customers and our internal teams, you will ensure the smooth implementation and continuous optimization of our AI solutions.
Job Responsibilities:

  1. Direct the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  2. Host weekly customer meetings to monitor progress, address concerns, and optimize AI agent performance.
  3. Nurture customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
  4. Maintain daily communication with the delivery team to align on customer needs and ongoing projects.
  5. Collaborate with the Dev team to share product feedback and improvement suggestions.
  6. Promote customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring ongoing success.
  7. Develop processes, analytics, and reporting to track customer engagement and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A customer-centric approach with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English + 1 or 2 additional languages (French, Spanish, German, or Italian preferred).
  • Superior project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer success, account management in a fast-growing company.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and process optimization.
