As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you will help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers effectively by responding to Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering clear and helpful guidance.
  • Resolving customer issues by helping with questions about orders, returns, and account settings, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Staying informed about the platform's product range and policies to provide accurate support.
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by using problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills (B2 level or higher). You should also have an interest in working in e-commerce and strong communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, with tech-savviness and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and systems.
