Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing clear and concise information to resolve inquiries and issues.\
  • Stay informed about the platform's product range and policies to provide accurate support and ensure a smooth customer experience.\
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to contribute to customer satisfaction and create a positive experience for every user.\
  • Assist customers with questions about orders, returns, and account settings, ensuring timely resolutions.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide input on process improvements.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.\
  • Participate in training and coaching programs to develop skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.\
  • Meet performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, resolution rate, and first call resolution.\
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives and goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of the Dutch language (spoken and written) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).\
  • Interest in working in e-commerce and strong communication skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.\
  • Tech-savviness and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and systems.\
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice.\
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.\
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
