About the Role:
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you'll be the linchpin between our sales and marketing efforts, driving brand visibility and demand across various channels. You'll design and implement innovative marketing strategies, work closely with sales teams, and oversee promotional campaigns that resonate with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans based on meticulous market research and sales data.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally within our industry.
- A proven track record in developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a knack for digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
