- Braga, Portugal We are hiring a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Braga, Portugal. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. If you are friendly, reliable, and have a passion for providing great customer service, we would love to have you join our team as a Cashier in Braga Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or needs
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the register
- Accept cash, credit, and debit payments from customers and provide change as needed
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and reconcile any discrepancies
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing, products, promotions, etc.
- Process returns or exchanges following store policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport required for employment eligibility verification Benefits
