We are hiring a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Braga, Portugal. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or needs
Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the register
Accept cash, credit, and debit payments from customers and provide change as needed
Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and reconcile any discrepancies
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
Answer customer questions regarding pricing, products, promotions, etc.
Process returns or exchanges following store policies
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent math skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Biometric passport required for employment eligibility verification
