Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support Specialist

- 1-3 years of experience in claims, risk, compliance, or customer protection

- Ability to stay calm and professional in sensitive situations

- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for a long-term opportunity

- Valid EU passport or Portuguese work permit required
