**Your Profile**:
- Native level of German and fluent in English (B2)
- Available to work on the project between 6h00 and 21h00 (possibly weekend)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in sales/ customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Help German travellers find, plan and book their hotel and enable a worry-free travel experience
- Provide a great reservation and customer service experience
- Assist guests with all questions related to travel concerns, answering questions about prices, cancellation and payment conditions
- Provide sales advice regarding the selection of hotels of the Intercontinental Hotels Group
- Create offers based on the needs of the clients, and drive bookings
- Receive and solve complaints
- Help team and colleagues stay motivated
