**German Sales Operation Specialist based in Lisbon**

**The Company**:
Work for a multi-billion dollar corporation, founded in 1907 as a courier service in the United States. This is one of the most famous and valuable delivery services in the world, specializing in transportation, logistics, capital and e-commerce service. They manage the flow of goods, finance and information worldwide in more than 200 countries and territories every day.

**Your Profile**:

- Proficient in German and fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proactive and motivated individual with good communication skills

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by providing detailed insights about the business developments
- Support the account executives to ensure the business growth
- Work closely with various areas of the company including: marketing, sales, operations, customer service and finance
- Create presentations, newsletters and reports

**Benefits**:

- Intensive training for all new employees (software systems for electronic data processing and product training on offers and services, customer relationship management and telephone advice)
- Full time position from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months
- Subsequent extension for a further 12 months
- Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months
- Private health insurance from the signature of the employment contract
