- Assistcustomers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand. Yourqualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Spanish (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication and active listening skills
