A HRB Solutions encontra-se em Processo de Recrutamento para empresa multinacional, líder na área da biotecnologia aplicada à área farmacêutica. No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um Trainee de Business Enablement para a Indústria Bio Farmacêutica, atuando para o Mercado Francês.

HRB Solutions is currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Business Enablement Trainee, who will work in the French Market, for the Biopharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities

No Departamento de Administração e Contratos, o candidato selecionado irá aprender sobre todas as terminologias relacionadas com as atividades desenvolvidas pelos Profissionais de Saúde e Organizações de Saúde (PS/OS), isto num projeto com exposição internacional e interações diárias com stakeholders do nosso Cliente, em França. Nesse sentido, entre as funções a realizar destacam-se:

1. Colaborar nas atividades de contratação dos PS/OS;
2. Gerir o todo o processo associado a Notas de Encomenda;
3. Acompanhar o processo de faturação através do SAP;
4. Analisar potenciais problemas ou riscos nos negócios desenvolvidos pelo Cliente;
5. Prestar apoio e contribuir no crescimento e na melhoria contínua da equipa de Administração e Contratos;
6. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria para os diferentes processos e projetos desenvolvidos pela equipa de Administração e Contratos de França, colaborando na implementação dessas mesmas soluções.

In our Client's Admins and Contracts team, the selected candidate will learn all terminology related to our Client's Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations (HCP/HCO) activities, working on a project with international exposure and daily interaction with stakeholders in France. As such, the daily tasks are the following:

1. Learn how to process HCP/HCO end-to-end contracting activities using the Amgen Compliance tool;
2. Learn how to manage the end-to-end Purchase Orders (PO) process in Ariba;
3. Follow-up on the invoicing process in SAP;
4. Support management of contract templates and Transparency process review within our Client's Transparency tool;
5. Learn how to recognize and escalate problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements;
6. Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the Department.

Qualifications

1. Formação académica em Administração Pública, Gestão, Gestão de Saúde ou área relevante para a função;
2. Fluência em inglês e francês, oral e escrita (obrigatório);
3. Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Excel avançado (preferencial);
4. Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas;
5. Perfil pró-ativo e dinâmico, com boa orientação para o cliente;
6. Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
7. Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade;
8. Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal;
9. University Degree in Health Management, Management, Public Administration or related majors;
10. Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory);
11. Fluency in French, oral and written (mandatory);
12. Good computer skills from a user's perspective (Windows/Office);
13. Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights;
14. Strength in organization and coordinating with others;
15. Excellent oral/written communication skills, dynamism, flexibility and responsibility;
16. Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn;
17. Strong skills in terms of analysis, problem solving and interpersonal relationships.
