Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German Speaking)
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Start Date: 9 December 2025
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in Google Ads and a passion for campaign optimization.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and analyze Google Ads campaigns for performance improvement
- Identify optimization opportunities based on KPIs and business goals
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
- Maintain a high level of service and communication with stakeholders
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign results
Requirements
- German speaker
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good level of English
- Ability to work in a structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive manner
