What You'll Do- Lead the optimization of digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads performance.
- Analyze audience behavior and campaign metrics to craft actionable strategies that drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-backed decisions that shape marketing initiatives.
- Continuously test, refine, and innovate digital marketing approaches to ensure maximum ROI.
- Fluency in German and at least B2-level English proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads (this is a must).
- Proven background in Market Research, Data Analysis, or Digital Marketing Tools.
- A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improvement.
