If you're passionate about data, performance, and strategic campaign growth, this role is built for you.Start Date: December 9, 2025 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Responsibilities:
Optimize and improve performance for high-value advertising accounts.
Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and other digital paid media platforms.
Build keyword sets, create bidding strategies, and recommend budget improvements.
Develop expertise across Google Search Network, Mobile ads, and YouTube.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and deliver KPI-focused insights.
Fluent/C2+ German (mandatory)
B2 English (spoken & written)
12+ months of experience in digital advertising optimization (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset + solid Excel skills
Ability to design and implement data-driven campaign strategies
Available for hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal
