The Role

As a Regional Operations Analyst within the Central Europe Regional Team, you will focus on the execution of regional processes and the management of local depots and their respective teams. You will drive operational results in fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and regional operational efficiency.

What Will You Work On?

- Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region.

- Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.

- Serve as the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure daily execution of local operations, including real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, and local cleaning services.

- Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for a smooth operation.

- Understand and contribute to the evolution of all tutela‑bio‑real‑estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel and remain compliant with health and safety standards.

- Procure and negotiate suppliers whenever required.

- Lead the expansion of our network through real‑estate procurement and negotiate new supplier relationships.

- Major contributor and responsible for achieving efficiency targets in your region.

Who Are We Looking For?

- Background in Business or a similar education.

- Prone to action: you excel at taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows. Experience in procurement execution and supplier management or a similar field is a plus.

- Organised and analytical: you use data to drive your actions and effectively manage time across multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail: you follow detailed procedures and ensure precision in execution.

- Team player: you are willing to work closely with team members and local teams to achieve overall objectives.

- Adaptable and resilient: you can adapt procedures to unforeseen events to reach desired outcomes.

- Good communicator: you have clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.

- Fluent in English is mandatory; German and/or Italian skills are a plus.
