We are looking for an Amazing: Helpdesk Technician / Asset Management

Seniority: Junior (1-3 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal

The amazing you will have:

- Minimum 3 years experience in IT asset management;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies;
- Experience using IT Asset Management platforms, with Freshworks being a preferred factor;
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and ITAM best practices;
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and preparing detailed reports;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- English level C1 (oral and written).
