We are looking for an HR Admin Personnel Administration - German Speaker for our GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible for:
1. Administrational tasks to support payroll operations (incl. pensions) in Germany
2. Personnel administration for certain tasks and measures, for example:
- Transfers within the Airbus Group
- Crediting of seniority dates
- Designation of beneficiaries for company pension scheme
- Administration of our pensioners, for example, Administration in case of death of pensioners including death funds/benefits
- Master data maintenance (address, bank details, supervisor) of pensioners in SAP
- Identify the different levels of support and redirect inquiries accordingly
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
1. Experience working in HR (Administration and Payroll employees and pensioners)
2. Experience in SAP HCM and Workday
3. Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written (approx. native language, level C1) due to local customers in Germany.
4. Detail-oriented
5. Good understanding of figures in addition to accuracy
6. Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
7. Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areas
8. Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
9. Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
