The Role
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT Change Manager for a national project.
Your Day‑to‑Day
- Lead the end‑to‑end Change Management process, including documentation, review, and approvals.
- Chair CAB meetings and assess risks and impacts for all proposed changes.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth and low‑impact implementations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
- Maintain clear documentation and deliver regular reports on change metrics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about upcoming changes.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with ITIL best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven professional experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Practical experience working with ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, organized, and strong time‑management skills.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
