Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center.

A day in the life of...

1. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
3. Source and recruit candidates;
4. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications;
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;
6. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;
7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

What will make you successful

1. Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related areas;
2. At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment;
3. Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, especially Spanish;
4. Adaptable, agile, eye for detail, and resilient;
5. Good priority management and communication skills;
6. Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus, and understanding of the business environment.
