Job Overview- Taking ownership of recruitment and employer branding initiatives;
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies;
- Sourcing top talent for our NBS Lisbon HR department;
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to achieve recruitment goals;
- Providing exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process;
- Analyzing recruitment data to inform future strategies.
- Degree in relevant field, preferably Psychology or Human Resources;
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Experience with recruitment software and tools;
- Familiarity with Nestlé's culture and values.
