Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Support onboarding of new suppliers to strengthen e-invoicing adoption
- Ensure proper analysis and process definition for electronic invoices in close collaboration with Accounts Payable teams
- Provide functional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding e-invoicing
- Maintain documentation and reports related to the e-invoicing program
- Deploy the e-invoicing program to other Infineon locations
- Participate in a project focused on migrating entities from the previous SAP system to the upgraded version
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Languages, or a related field
- Around 1 year of experience in Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, or Shared Services
- Good understanding of Purchase to Pay processes
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA FI/TR and SAP workflows will be a plus
- Strong skills in MS Excel and documentation management
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
