💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT Support for a project in the IT sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Manage and resolve service tickets, ensuring ownership throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network devices.
- Provide on‑site technical support, problem analysis, and guidance to end users.
- Escalate critical issues and collaborate with senior resources for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities and technical details in the ticketing system.
- Support account management, data backup/recovery, and compliance with internal policies.
- React to outages, perform printer maintenance, and offer on‑call support for remote locations.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of database technologies (an asset).
- Strong knowledge of all endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS).
- Proficiency with common client‑side productivity suites (Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Fluency in English.
