The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as **IT Support / Helpdesk.** As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's hardware, software, and network systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users
- Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT personnel
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Create and update user accounts and access permissions
- Conduct regular maintenance of computer systems, including backups and updates
- Collaborate with IT team to implement and improve IT policies and procedures

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools
- Strong knowledge in Windows operating system, MacOS operating system & Office products.
- Experience in installing and configuring Windows computers.
- Experience in Linux systems.
- Programming language knowledge.
